Lasooni Sesame Baby Potatoes (Baby Potatoes Tempered with spices)

Serving – 4

Ingredients :
Boiled Baby Potatoes – 500 gm
Red Paste ( Grind 12 to 15 Garlic cloves + 4 to 5 Dry Red Chilies + Salt to taste +2 Teaspoons vinegar + 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds) – 2 Tablespoons
Mustered Oil – 1 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds – 2 Teaspoons
Curry Leaves – 8 to 10
Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Ginger Paste – 1 Teaspoon
Asafoetida (hing) – 1 Teaspoon
sesame Seeds – 2 Teaspoons
Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander – As Required

How To Cook :

Boil Baby Potatoes and pill its skin and make small whole in the potatoes.

Take one bowl, add red paste ( garlic, dry red chilies, salt, vinegar, cumin seeds), little bit water and mix it well. Add baby potatoes in it for marination( atleast 1 hour).

Take one pan and add mustered oil .
Add  cumin seeds, curry leaves, garlic  paste and ginger paste,hing.

Add marinated baby potatoes, Sesame seeds, salt to taste and mix it well. leave it for 15 minutes. In between stir 3 to 4 minutes.

Garnish with lots of fresh coriander.

 Ready to serve ” Lasooni Sesame potatoes”.
