Cooking Chocolate – 250 gm
Butter – 20 gm
Condensed Milk -200 gm
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 teaspoon
Take pan and add cooking chocolate, butter and condensed milk.
Heat gently until the chocolate and butter melt stirring occasionaly.
cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla essence and beat the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes till it starts to thicken.
Lightly grease mold or cake tin and pour the mixture in it.
Chill in the freeze until firm.
Remove from the mold and cut it out as per ur choice and sprinkle castor sugar and serve.
