Panjabi Rajma Masala

Serving – 2

Ingredients:

Boiled Rajma – 1 cup
Onion Paste – 2 medium size
Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Ginger Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Chopped Tomatoes –  4 medium size
Red chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – Pinch Of
Panjabi Garam Masala – 2 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Water As Required
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 1 Tablespoon

Method:

Take pan heat oil , add ginger – garlic paste , onion paste and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add Chopped tomatoes , salt  and saute for 3 to 4 minutes .
Add red chilli powder , turmeric powder , panjabi garam masala  and mix well.
Add Boiled rajma and required water and mix well . Cover Pan with lead and cook for 4 to 5 minutes .
Serve Hot with rice or parathas.
