Ingredients:
Puffed Rice (Murmure) – 1/2 cup
Boiled Kala Chana (Black Bangal Gram) – 1/4 cup
Sprouts Bean( Moong Bean)- 1/4 cup
Chopped Onions – 3 Tablespoons
Chopped Tomatoes- 3 Tablespoons
Raw Mangoes , Chopped – 2 Tablespoons
Boiled Potatoes , chopped – 2 Tablespoons
Roasted Chana Dal – 1 to 2 Tablespoons
Wheat Khakhra , Broken – 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Red Chilli Power – As Per Taste
Salt – To Taste
Chat Masala – To Taste
Curd , Whisked – 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Dates & Tamarind chutney – 3 to 4 Tablespoons
Green Chutney – 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 2 to 3 Tablespoons

Method:
Combine all ingredients together and mix well and serve with puri .
