Kala chana ,boiled ,paste , – 1/2 cup
Boiled kala chana water – 1/2 cup
Salt to Taste
Butter – 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 /2 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
Cream – For garnishing
Heat butter in pan , add cumin seeds ,hing , kala chana paste and mix well ,add boiled chana water , salt and pepper powder and mix well .cook for 2 to 3 minutes .
Garnish with cream and serve hot.
Variation : you can add onion.
