Makkae Di Roti

Serving – 2 Roti
Ingredients:
Cornmeal (Makkai ka ata) – 1 Cup
Salt To Taste
Water – As Required
Method:
Heat mitti ka tawa . Mix together cornmeal ,salt and knead dough with sufficient water.
Spread muslin cloth or plastic bag .make a ball of dough and place it on muslin cloth.with wet hands , flatten ball to make a roti .
Place roti on the hot tawa and cook .flip carefully and cook another side. ,cook till both sides are golden brown.
Apply butter or ghee  and serve hot with rasse vale aloo – Onion. 

Tip : Making makke ki roti is an art, , It takes some practice to get perfect result.
