Yellow Moong Dal – 1 /2 cup
Green Moong Dal – 1 / 2 cup
Green chilli – 3 to 4
Ginger – 1 inch
Salt To Taste
Oil – To Deep Fry
Onion ,Slices – 1 medium size
Green Chilly, Fried – 2 to 3
Soak both dal together for 3 to 4 hours .
Blend coarsely both dals , green chilli , ginger together .
Take one bowl , add dal mixture , salt and mix well , add 2 tablespoon hot oil and mix well .
Heat oil in kadai . Deep fry small size pakoras till golden fry . Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve with onion slices and fried green chilly .
