Potato Paneer Tikki In Spinach Gravy.


Serving – 2 
Ingredients for Tikki :
Potatoes , boiled ,mashed – 1 Medium
Paneer , mashed – 100gm
Corn Flour – 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Red Chilii Powder – 1 /2 Teaspoon
Ginger , chopped – 1 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
White pepper powder – 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Oil – to deep fry 
Method for Tikki :
Mix together mashed potatoes , paneer , corn flour ,  red chilli powder  , ginger , salt , white pepper powder . divide mixture into Tikki .
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the Tikki , till golden brown.
Ingredients for Spinach Gravy :
Spinach ( Palak) – 1 bunch
Green Chilli – 3 
Garlic , chopped – 1 Tablespoon
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
Cream – 4 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste
Method  For Gravy :
Blanch the spinach in plenty of water , refresh under cold water and drain well. Blend with the green chillies to a smooth paste.
Heat oil in kadai  , add cumin seeds , and chopped garlic and stir fry for 1 minute. Add spinach paste  , gram masala ,salt  and mix well .cook for 2 to 3 minutes . add cream and cook for 1/2 minute. Pour the gravy in serving dish  , arrange tikki . garnish with cream and serve hot with paratha or nan.
