Corn Patties

Preparation time – 15 minutes
Cooking time – 10 to 15 minutes
Serving – 5 patties 

Ingredients:
Corn, Boiled, Semi Crushed – 1 cup
Cumin Seeds Roasted Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ginger , Chopped – 1 Teaspoon
Green Chilly , Chopped – 3 – 4
Cheese , Grated – 1 / 4 cup
Fresh coriander leaves , chopped – 1 Tablespoon
Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1 Tablespoon
Bread , Cut into round shape – 8 – 10 pieces
Milk – 1 /4 cup
Oil – to deep fry

Method :
Take one bowl, add semi crushed corn, cumin seeds powder, salt, ginger, green chilli, cheese, coriander leaves, sugar, lemon juice and mix well. keep aside.

Take two slice of  breads, deep into milk and squeeze it properly. place spoonful of corn mixture on one slice, cover with the second slice and press gently to seal edges. similarly prepare the rest of patties.


Deep fry till golden brown, drain on absorbent paper. 

serve with red chilly sauce.
