Tilwale Aloo Tikki ( Stuffed with cheese cube and coated with sesame seeds)

Serving 8 – 10 tikkis
Ingredients:
Potatoes , Boiled , Peeled , grated – 4
Paneer , grated – 100 gm
Corn , Boiled – 2 Tablespoons
Red chilli powder – 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala – 1 Teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves – 2 Tablespoons
Green Chilies , chopped – 2
Ginger ,chopped – 1 Teaspoon
Fresh Bread crumbs – 3 Tablespoons
Corn flour – 1 Tablespoon
Salt to taste
Chat masala – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Dry fudina powder – 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Sesame seeds – 2 Tablespoons
Cheese Cube , cut into small pieces – 1  
Oil – to deep fry
Method : 
Take one bowl , add potatoes , paneer ,corn ,  red chilli powder , garam masala ,coriander leaves , green chillies , ginger , bread crumbs , cornflour , salt , chat masala ,  fudina powder and mix well . stuff one cheese piece each of tikki.

Coat each tikki with sesame seeds and deep fry till golden brown . Drain it on absorbent paper and serve with  chutney of your choice.
