Amrood ( guava) ki sabji

Ingredients:
Amrood ( guava)  ,chopped – 1 big
Oil – 3 Tablespoons
Cumin seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Hing – Pinch of
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder – 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1 /2 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder – 1 /2 teaspoon
Water – 4 Tablespoons
Fresh coriander leaves – 1 Tablespoon
Method :
Heat oil in pan , add cumin seeds , hing , chopped guava ( amrood) and mix well .
Add salt , red chilli powder ,turmeric powder ,coriander powder , cumin powder and mix well . add water and mix well . cover the lead .cook for 5 to 6 minutes or till Amrood become soft .
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or paratha .
