Avocado Multigrain Paratha

Ingredients:
Avocado, mashed – 1 piece
Multigrain flour – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Ginger Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Garlic Paste – 2 Tablespoons
Red chilli powder – 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1 Teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1 Teaspoon
Amchur ( dry mango ) powder – 1 Teaspoon
Oil – 3 Tablespoons
Fresh coriander leaves – 2 Tablespoons
Sesame seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Method :
Mix all the ingredients and make dough . no need to add water … if necessary ,u can add water. divide into 7 to 8 portion .  make small ball and roll them with rolling pin.
Heat tawa , place paratha on the tawa , turn it and pour some oil or butter and shallow fry both side .

Serve hot with masala curd .
