Serving – 8 to 10 small size Souffle
Condensed Milk – 400 gm ( 1 tin )
Strawberry Crystal Jelly – 1 packet (90 gm)
Strawberry Crush – 4 Tablespoons
Water – 450 ml
Fresh Mint Springs
Dissolve strawberry flavoured jelly crystals in 450 ml boiling water .pour 1 to 2 Tablespoons jelly mixture into each silicon cupcake mould . do same process with remaining moulds. put this moulds in refrigerator till jelly set .
Take one bowl , add condensed milk , Strawberry crush and mix well . add remaining jelly mixture and mix well . pour this mixture into moulds which we put in refrigerator earlier .
Again Put this moulds in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or till set. unmould souffle and Garnish with mint spring and serve chilled .
Tip : I use silicon cup cake mould . you can use any shape of silicon mould .. silicon mould is easy to unmould .if you do not have silicon mould , you can use any glasses.
