Salty Crackers ( any Salty Biscuits) – 7 to 8
Hung Curd – 1 / 2 cup
Mint Leaves , Chopped – 1 Tablespoons
Parsley / Fresh coriander , Chopped – 1 Tablespoon
Dried Thyme – 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Salt To taste
Pepper Powder – 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Masala Boondi – For Garnishing
Take one bowl , add hung curd , mint leaves , parsley or coriander leaves , dried thyme , salt , pepper powder ,mix well . pour this mixture into piping bag with your choice of nozzle.
Arrange salty crackers in serving plate . Arrange hung curd with use of piping bag. put 2 to 3 masala boondi and serve it .
Tip : if you dont have dried thyme , you can omit it .
