Vegetable Fried Brown Rice with Sesame seeds


Preparation Time – 30 to 35 minutes
Cooking time – 10 to 15 minutes

Serving – 2


Ingredients:
Brown Rice, Boiled – 1 /2 Cup
Onion, Diced – 1 Medium
Carrot, cut into triangle – 1 Medium
Green Capsicum, cut into triangle – 1 Medium
Red Capsicum, cut into triangle – 1 Medium
Yellow Capsicum, cut into triangle – 1 Medium
Spring Onions Green – 1 / 4 Cup
Cabbage, cut into triangle – 1 / 4 cup
Ginger Paste – 2 Teaspoons
Garlic Paste – 4 Teaspoons
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Salt to taste
Pepper Powder – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Soya Sauce – 2 Tablespoons
Vinegar – 1 Tablespoon
Sesame Seeds – 3 Tablespoons

Method :

Heat oil in pan, add carrot, ginger paste, garlic paste, cabbage, onion, red – green – yellow capsicum saute on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Add salt, pepper powder, sesame seeds and mix well.

Add soya sauce, brown rice, vinegar and mix well. add spring onion greens and mix well .cook for 1 minute.

Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
