Potato , boiled , peeled ,mashed – 2 medium
Sprouted moong , blanched – 2 Tablespoons
Chaat masala – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Red chilly powder – 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Yogurt ( curd) – 1 / 2 cup
Powder sugar – 2 to 3 Tablespoon
Dates and tamarind chutney – 1 / 4 cup
Coriander leaves ,chopped – 1 to 2 Tablespoon
Fresh Pomegranate seeds – as required (for garnishing)
Nylon Sev – 4 to 5 Tablespoons
Take one bowl, whisk yogurt ,powder sugar , pinch salt . keep it in refrigerator.
Take one bowl , add mashed potato , sprouted moong , salt , red chilli powder , chat masala , fresh coriander leaves , mix well . keep aside .
Make hole one side of puri , stuff potato mixture. Do same process with remaining puris and arrange them in serving plate . Pour green chutney, dates and tamarind chutney and yogurt .sprinkle nylon sev , fresh pomegranate seeds .
Garnish with mint leave and serve it .
