Pomegranate Raita

Preparation Time – 3 to 5 minutes

Ingredients:

Yogurt/ curd / Dahi – 1 cup
Pomegranate pearls – ½ cup
Salt to taste
Chaat masala – ¼ Teaspoon
Pepper powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Powdered sugar – 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Cumin powder, roasted – ½ Teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped – 1 Tablespoon

Method:

Take bowl, add yogurt, salt, powdered sugar and whisk well.

Add pomegranate pearls, chaat masala, pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, fresh coriander and mix well. Put into refrigerator.

Serve chilled.
