Cucumber Peanut Raita

Ingredients:
Yogurt / Curd / Dahi – 1 cup
Cucumber, grated – ½ cup
Roasted peanut, semi crushed – ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Black Pepper powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Black sesame seeds,roasted – for garnishing

Method:
Take one bowl, add yogurt, salt, pepper powder, whisk well.
Add grated cucumber, roasted peanuts, mix well.

Garnish with roasted peanuts and roasted black sesame seeds. 
Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour ans serve chilled.
