Mango Ice-cream

Preparation time – 5 minutes

Setting time – 5 to 6 hours

Serving -2

Ingredients:

Milk, chilled – ½ cup
Alphonso Mango pulp – ½ cup
Fresh cream, chilled – ½ cup
Powdered sugar – ¼ cup
Milk powder – ½ cup

Method:

Blend all the ingredients well. Pour into moulds. cover it with lid.

Put into freeze till well set.

Garnish with Cherry and  chocolate sauce and Serve chilled.
