Healthy Recipes Salad

Chinese Sprouts salad

Preparation time – 5 minutes
Cooking time – 4 to 5 minutes

Ingredients:
Sprouts – 1 cup
Olive oil – 1 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds – ¼ Teaspoon
Onion, chopped – 1 medium
Pepper powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Cucumber, chopped – 1 small
Manchurian masala- 1 Tablespoon
Vinegar – ¼ Teaspoon
Soya sauce – ¼ Teaspoon

Method:
Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds, onion, sauté for 30 seconds.

Add sprouts, salt, pepper powder, mix well.

Add cucumber, Manchurian masala, vinegar, soya sauce, mix well.

Serve it.
