Preparation Time – 2 minutes
Cooking Time – 10 to 15 minutes
Desiccated coconut – 1 cup
Condensed milk – ½ cup to ¾ cup
Milk powder – 2 Tablespoons
Ghee – 1 Teaspoon
Silver sprinkler – for garshing
Desiccated coconut to roll ladoos – ½ cup
Mix all ingredients in pan. Once its combine well, switch on the flame and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or till mixture leave pan side.
Let it cool down. Divide the mixture into 8 to 10 portions, and make tight balls out of them.
Roll each boll in coconut powder. Sprinkle some silver edible balls.
Instant coconut ladoos are ready to be served. Enjoy!!!
My family dont like cardamom powder, so dont prefer to add it. You can add cardamom powder as per your taste.
