Pasta Ki Sabji

Preparation Time : 15 Minutes

Cooking Time : 15 Minutes

Ingredients:
Tomatoes – 5 pieces
onion -2 medium size
kaju – 8 to 10
Dry red chillies – 2
Oil -2 Tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 Tsp
Garlic chopped – 1 Tbsp
Ginger Chopped – 1 Tsp
Boiled pasta – 1 cup around
salt to taste
Kasuri methi -2 Tsp
Chicken masala – 1/2 Tsp
Garam masala- 1/4 Tsp
Fresh coriander leaves

Recipe :

1 Boil water on high flame.


2 Slit tomatoes criss cross from top.add 5 tomatoes, some kaju, dry red chilly, boil for about 7 to 8 minutes.

3 Take them out and let them cool.

4 Peel all tomatoes skin.This process will be easy since we have boiled them.
Cut tomatoes into pieces.


5 Put it in mixture grinder.

6 Once grind,strain in a strainer.


7 Keep straining till mixture is completely dry in strainer.


8 Heat some oil in pan.


9 Add cumin seeds,let them crackle.


10 Add finally chopped garlic and ginger.saute it.


11 Add chopped onions and salt ,mix well.Cook till onions turns light golden brown.

12 Add the tomato churned mixture. Cook for about 10 minutes.

13 Add cooked and cut pasta,mix well.


14 Cover wit lid and cook for about 10 minutes.


15 Add salt, chicken masala (masala is vegetarian – dont go by the name)
Add kasuri methi, mix well.


16 Again cover the lid and cook for sometime.


17 Add garam masala, some more kasuri methi, mix well.


18 Add freshly cut coriander leaves,mix and its ready to serve.
