Coconut Beetroot Barfi

Preparation Time : 5 Minutes

Cooking Time : 10 to 15 minutes

Ingredients:

Ghee – 1 Tbsp

Desiccated coconut – 1/2 cup

Beetroot – 1 medium size shredded

powdered sugar – 1/4 cup

cashewnut powder – 1 Tbsp

Milk powder – 1/4 cup

Coconut shredded – 1/4 cup

Some Dry fruits – for garnishing

Recipe:


1 Add spoonful of ghee in a pan.

2 Add 1/2 cup desiccated coconut , mix well.

3 Add 1 medium size shredded beetroot, mix well.


4 Add 1/4 cup powdered sugar, Give a nice mix.

5 Add spoonful of cashewnut (kaju) powder.


6 Add 1/4 cup milk powder, mix well.


7 Add 1/4 cup shredded coconut (it gives nice crunch), mix well and cook around 1 minute.


8 brush some ghee on container.


9 Transfer prepared mixture in it.


10 set it with spoon.


11 Add dry fruits of your choice. I added pista, kahu powder and shredded dry coconut.


12 Put it in refrigerator for about 1 hour.


13 take it out and cut into pieces.


14 All set to relish this sweet.
