Preparation Time – ½ hour Blending Time – 3 to 5 minutes Ingredients: Dried red chillies, soaked – 6 to 7 Garlic – 7 to 8 cloves Ginger – 1 inch Roasted chana dal – ½ cup Salt to taste Lemon juice – 1 Tablespoon Water – as required Method: Soak dried red chillies for ½ hour in hot water.
