Serving – 4 Jelly
Ingredients:
Kiwi , golden – 1
Water – 100 ml + 1 cup
China Grass ( Agar Agar ) – 5 gm
Salt To Taste
Sugar – 2 Tablespoons
Rock Salt – 1 /4 Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds Powder – 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder – 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Cherry – For garnishing
Method:
Blend kiwi with 1 cup of water .
Take one pan , add 100 ml water , china grass boil till china grass melt . add kiwi juice , sugar and boil till sugar melt . switch off the flame .
Add salt , black salt , cumin seeds , pepper powder and mix well .let it cool.
Pour the mixture into mold and Garnish with cherry, put jelly into freeze for 1 hour and Serve chilled .
Tips : you can use orange juice or black current juice or any type of fruit juice .
