Chaat Snacks

Papadi Chaat ( crispy flat puris topped with potatoes and chutneys )

Ingredients:
Crispy flat puris  – 10
Potato , boiled ,peeled , mashed – 2 medium
Onion ,chopped – 1 medium
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder – 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Panipuri masala – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Yogurt ( curd ) – 1 /4 cup
Powder sugar – 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Roasted cumin powder – 1 Teaspoon
Green chutney – 1 / 4 cup
Dates and tamarind chutney – 1 / 4 cup
Nylon sev – as Required
Fresh coriander leaves – For garnishing

Method :
Take one bowl, add yogurt, sugar, salt, roasted cumin powder, whisk well, keep it in refrigerator.

Take one bowl, add potato, onion, salt, panipuri masala, red chilly powder, mix well.

Take serving plate, arrange 4 to 5  crispy flat puris. Spread potato mixture. Drizzle dates and tamarind chutney and greenchutney, yogurt on each papdi. Top up with nylon sev, fresh pomegranate seeds and serve it.
