The Avacado is a tree native to Mexico and Central America.

Avacado is not sweet, but smooth, all most creamy texture. 

It is used in both savory and sweet dishes.

It is used as the base for the Mexican dip known as “Guacamole”.

Avacado has more potassium than bananas. They are rich in folic acid and vitamin K.

Avacados are good dietary sources of vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin E and pantothenic acid.
