Preparation time – 10 minutes
Cooking time – 10 to 15 minutes
Potato, boiled, peeled, mashed – 1 cup
Dabeli masala – 3 to 4 Tablespoons
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Water – 3 to 4 Tablespoons
Roasted peanuts, split into half – ¼ cup
Brown bread, cut into small squares – 5 to 6 slices
Butter – 1 Tablespoon
Processed cheese cube, grated – 2 to 3
Pomegranate pearls – garnishing
Mint leaves – for garnishing
Heat oil in kadai, add dabeli masala and water, mix well. Add roasted peanuts.
Add mashed potatoes, mix well. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Let it cool down.
Take bread slice and cut into square shape using cookie cutter. Do same process with reaming bread slices. Apply butter on all the bread square. Toast on pan for 2 to 3 minutes both side.
Take serving plate. Arrange toasted bread square, put spoonful dabeli masala, put some grated cheese.
Garnish with mint leave and pomegranate pearl.
Serve it with any soft drinks or mocktails.
