Ingredients For Kofta:
Boiled Mashed Potatoes – 2 medium
Green Chutney ( Grind Fresh Coriander + Garlic + Green Chilly + Cumin Seeds + Salt + Curd) – 1 Tablespoon
Garam Masala – 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Processed Cheese – 1 Cube (Cut Into Small Pieces)
Fresh Bread Crumbs – As Required
Corn Flour – 2 Tablespoons
Water – As Required
Oil – To Deep Fry
Method For Koftas:
Take one bowl and add mashed potatoes, green chutney, garam masala , salt and bread crumbs and mix it well.
Take each potatoes portion, flatten it on your palm and place a cheese piece in the center. Gather the edges and shape into a triangle.
Make thin batter of water & corn flour. Deep potatoes triangle in batter & roll in the bread crumbs.
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. deep fry potatoes triangle on low heat for two to three minutes or till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
Ingredients For Curry
Onions Roughly Chopped – 2 medium
Tomatoes Roughly chopped – 6 medium
Garlic – 8 to 10 cloves
Ginger – 1 inch
Green Chilly – 2
Cashew nut – 10 to 12
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Red Chilly powder – 2 Tablespoons
Garam Masala – 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Kasuri Methi – 1 Teaspoon
Water – As Required
Method For Curry:
Heat 1 tablespoon Oil in pan and add chopped onions , garlic cloves , green chillies , ginger saute for 1 minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cashew nut and saute for 2 minutes on high flame.
After 2 minutes let it cool then grind and make smooth paste.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan and add smooth paste. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add red chilli powder , salt , garam masala mix it well . Add kasuri methi mix it well . Add water as required .cook for 2 minute.
Ready to serve. Pour curry in bowl and put potatoes triangle koftas. Garnish with cheese triangle pieces. Serve with butter nan or parathas.
