Ingredients:
Mutter – 1 cup
Potatoes – 1/2 cup
Chopped Onions – 2
Chopped Tomatoes – 3
Garlic Cloves – 8 to 10
Ginger – 1 inch
Green Chilly – 2
Corn Flour – 1 Tablespoon
Red Chilly Powder – 2 Tablespoons
Turmeric Powder – 1 /2 Teaspoon
Hing – 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tablespoon
Oil – 4 Tabelspoons
Water – As Required
Take One Mixi bowl, add Garlic, Ginger, tomatoes, Corn flour, Red chilly powder, Green Chilly and blend together, make smooth paste.
Take one Presser cooker, heat oil . Add Cumin seeds, hing, Chopped onions, sauté for 3 to 4 minute.
Add tomato smooth Paste, saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add tomato smooth Paste, saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add Water, Mutter , Potatoes, mix well.
Presser cook for 3 to 4 whistle.
Serve hot with parathas or tadoori roti .
