Kale Aalu

Ingredients:

Boiled Potatoes Dices – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 Tablespoon
Muster Seeds – 1 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tablespoon
Hing – Pinch Of
Onions Seeds – 2 Teaspoons
Kala Til ( Black Sesame Seeds) – 2Teaspoons
Cumin Powder – 2 Tablespoons
Pepper Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Amchr Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Kala Namak – To Taste
Garam Masala – 1 Teaspoon
Water – 3 Tablespoons

Method :

Take one pan heat ghee. Add muster seeds , cumin seeds , hing , oninos seeds , kala til , boiled potatoes and mix well.
Add cumin powder , pepper powder , amchur  powder , kala namak , garam masala & mix well.
Sprinkle some water & mix well . cover it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve hot with Roti.
