Paneer(Cottage Cheese) Recipes Panjabi Tadka

Paneer Butter Masala

Serving – 2 

Ingredients:


Paneer ( cut into pieces) – 100 gm
Butter –  2 Table spoons + 3 Tablespoons
Roughly Chopped Onions – 2 medium
Roughly chopped Tomatoes – 4 Big Size
Garlic Cloves – 6 to 8
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Cashew nut – 8 to 12
Salt To Taste
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Garam Masala – 2 Teaspoons
Kasuri Methi – 1 Teaspoon

Method:

Take one pan heat  2 tablespoons butter. Add chopped onions , garlic , ginger & saute for 2 minutes. Add Tomatoes , cashewnuts  & saute for 2 to 3 minutes . let it cool this mixture and blend it very well & make smooth paste.
Take one pan heat 3 Tablespoons butter  , add smooth paste  , saute for 3 to 4 minutes . Add Red chilli powder ,salt , garam masala , kasuri methi & mix well .cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Take another pan heat butter and saute paneer pieces for 1/2 minute .  Add paneer pieces into Curry and serve hot with paratha.
