Ingredients:
Tindi , rounded – 250 gm
Garlic Cloves – 12 to 15
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Ginger Paste – 1 Teaspoon
Garlic Paste – 2 Teaspoons
Dried Red chilli – 2
Urad Dal – 2 Teaspoons
Curry Leaves – 5 to 7
Red chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1 /2 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 1 Tablespoon
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds , Dried red chillies, urad dal , ginger paste ,garlic paste , curry leaves and saute .. Add Garlic Cloves and saute till slightly brown. Add tindli and cook stirring continuously until tindli turns crispy.
Add red chilli powder ,turmeric powder ,coriander powder ,salt and mix well.reduce heat and cook till done.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or paratha.
