Ingredients:
Hung curd – 1/2 cup
Canned Pineapple, Chopped – 4 slices
Powdered Sugar – 1 Tablespoons
Sugar – 1 Tablespoon
Desiccated Coconut – 2 Tablespoons
Method:
Add powdered sugar to hung curd and whisk well.
Dry roast desiccated coconut ,continue to roast till lightly browned , let it cool.
Heat pan and chopped pineapple ,add sugar and mix well. Add some water and let it cook on medium heat till soft.
Take one serving glass and put the pineapple mixture at the base .sprinkle some roasted desiccated coconut . put yogurt over the pineapple . sprinkle roasted coconut on top .
Garnish with cherry and chill in refrigerator. Served chilled.
