Ingredients:
Corn, Boiled, Semi Crushed – 1 /2 Cup
Processed Cheese, Grated – 1 Cup
Corn Flour – 1 Tablespoon
Maida ( all purpose flour) – 1 Tablespoon
Ginger, Finely chopped – 1 Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Lemon Juice – 1 Tablespoon
Baking soda – Pinch
Green Chilly , Chopped – 2
Red Chilly Powder – 1 /4 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder, Roasted – 1 /4 Teaspoon
Fresh coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Water – As Required
Oil – To Deep Fry
Method :
Heat oil in kadai, to deep fry cheese balls.
Heat oil in kadai, to deep fry cheese balls.
Mix together all the ingredients, shape into balls, and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato chilli sauce.
