Ingredients For Kofta :
Ingredients for kofta stuffing :
Corn , boiled ,semi crushed – 1 /2 cup
Cheese , grated – 3 cubes
Paneer grated -1 /2 cup
Salt to taste
Tanduri Masala – 1 Teaspoon
Green Chilly , Finely chopped – 1
Garlic Paste – 1 teaspoon
Kis Mis – 10 to 12 pieces
Ingredients For Outer Layer :
Potato , boiled , peeled , grated – 1 cup
Fresh Bread Crumbs – 3 Tablespoons
Corn Flour – 1 Tablespoon
Salt to taste
Garam masala – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Ingredients For Gravy :
Oil – 3 Tablespoons
Onion , Chopped – 500 gm
Tomatoes , Blanched , Chopped – 1 kg
Cashew nut paste – 1 Tablespoon
Garlic cloves – 10 to 12
Green Chilli – 3
Ginger – 1 Inch
Cream – 4 Tablespoons
Kasuri Methi – 1 Tablespoon
Method For Koftas:
Take one bowl , add all the ingredients of the stuffing and mix well . shape them in to small balls. keep aside.
Take another bowl , add outer layer ingredients and mix well .shape them into balls .take one ball on your palm and spread it , put stuffing ball , again shape it into ball . Do same with reaming balls. roll it into fresh bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown . drain it on absorbent paper .
Method for Gravy :
Blend together onion , garlic , green chilli , ginger , make smooth paste .
Blanch tomatoes with boiling water , let it cool ,then make smooth paste .
Heat oil in pan , add onion paste and saute for 3 to 4 minute. add blanched tometo paste and saute for 5 to 6 minutes or till gravy become semi dry .
Add cashew nut paste , cream and saute for 2 to 3 minutes . add kasuri methi and cook for 1 minute .
Take serving bowl pour gravy and arrange kofta and serve hot with nan or paratha .
