Til Paneer With Spinach Curry

Ingredients For Marination  :
Paneer ,cut into finger shape- 100 gm
Salt To Taste
Red Chilli powder – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Chat Masala – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Ginger Paste – 1 Teaspoon
Garlic Paste – 2 Teaspoons

Ingredients for curry :
Palak( spinach) Paste – 1 / 2 cup
Curd – 2 Tablespoons
Cream – 1 / 4 Cup
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Garlic Paste –  2 Teaspoons
Green Chilli , Finely Chopped – 3
Salt to Taste
Garam masala – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1 Tablespoon

Other ingredients :
Oil – to shallow fry paneer
Sesame Seeds –  5 Tablespoons

Method :
Take one bowl,mix all the ingredients of marination. keep aside for 1 /2 hour.

Heat oil in kadai to shallow fry paneer. take one plate, spread sesame seeds. take one piece of paneer, coat with sesame seeds and shallow fry  till golden brown.

Heat oil in kadai, add garlic paste, green chilli, saute.

Add palak paste, salt, red chilli powder garam masala  and mix well. add curd and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. add cream and mix well . cook for 2 to 3 minutes. switch off  the flame. add lemon juice and mix well.
Take serving bowl, pour spinach curry, arrange sesame paneer. garnish with cream.

serve hot with paratha or nan.
