Ingredients:
Cabbage , shredded – 1 / 2 cup
Carrot , grated – 1 / 2 cup
Green chilli , chopped – 1
Olive oil – 1 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds – 1 / 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1 / 4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Method :
Heat olive oil in kadai , add mustard seeds , let them splutter . add green chilli , shredded cabbage , grated carrot , turmeric powder , salt , mix well . cook for 1 / 2 minute on high flame .serve hot .
Tip : Sambharo serve as salad .
