Instant carrot pickle(aachar)

Ingredients:


Carrot, peeled, cut into slices – 1 cup
Achar masala – 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 Tablespoons

Method:

Take one bowl, mix all the ingredients well.


keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes and serve it.

Tip:  You can buy Achar masala from market.
