Ingredients:
Cabbage ,Shredded – 250 gm
Tomato , Chopped – 1 Medium
Oil – 2 Teaspoons
Cumin Seeds – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Mustard Seeds – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Urad Dal ( skinless) – 1 Teaspoon
Red Chilli powder – 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Sambar masala – 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander Leaves , Chopped – 1 Tablespoon
Method :
Heat oil in kadai . add mustard seeds , cumin seeds , let them splutter .add urad dal , turmeric powder , cabbage and mix well . add red chilli powder , salt , coriander powder , sambar masala and mix well . add tomatoes and mix well . cook for 1 /2 minutes and serve hot .
