Ingredients:
Moong Dal ( Green Gram ) – 2 Tablespoons
Yellow moong dal – 2 Tablespoons
Masoor dal (split red lentil) – 1 Tablespoon
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves – 3 to 4
Hing – pinch
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder – 1 / 2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Ginger Paste – 1 /2 Teaspoon
Garlic Paste – 1 Teaspoon
Tomato , chopped – 1 medium
Kitchen King Masala – 1 Teaspoon
Curd, Whisked , For garnishing – 4 to 5 Tablespoons
Method :
Soak all dals together for 1 hour. presser cook with 1 cup of water for 4 to 5 whistle.
Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, chopped tomatoes, ginger paste, garlic paste, saute till tomato soft. add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, kitchen king masala and mix well .
Add boiled dal, add water if required, mix well. cook for 4 to 5 minutes .
Take serving bowl, pour cooked dal, garnish with curd, serve hot with roti or rice .
