Ingredients:
Sprouts – 1 cup
Onion , Chopped – 1 Medium
Tomato , chopped – 1 Medium
Garlic , Chopped – 1 Tablespoons
Ginger Paste – 1 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves – 5 to 7
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds – 1 Teaspoons
Hing – 1 /2 Teaspoon
Red chilly Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Sambhar Masala – 1 Teaspoon
Lemon Juice – 1 Tablespoon
Water – 1 / 2 cup
Fresh coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
Method :
Heat oil in kadai , add cumin seeds , hing , curry leaves , Onions , ginger paste , garlic saute for 2 to 3 minutes . add tomatoes and saute for 2 to 3 minutes . add sprouts, salt , red chilli powder , turmeric powder , sambhar masala and mix well . cook for 2 minutes . add water mix well and cook for 5 to 6 minutes . switch off the flame , add lemon juice and coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice .
