Veg Fried Rice With Tofu Curry

Ingredients For Fried Rice :

Rice , Boiled – 1  Cup
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Onion , Finely Chopped – 1 Medium
Capsicum , Chopped – 1 Medium
Carrot , Chopped – 1 Medium
Sal To taste
Ginger paste – 1 Tablespoon
Garlic paste – 2 Tablespoons
Green Chill , Chopped – 1 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Method For Fried Rice -:
Heat oil in kadai , add garlic paste , ginger paste , green chilli and saute. add chopped onions , chopped carrot and saute for 1 to 2 minutes , add chopped capsicum, salt , pepper powder , boiled rice  and mix well   .cook for 1 to 2 minutes and switch  off the flame and keep aside.
Ingredients For Tofu Curry :
Tofu  , cut into square – 8 to 10 pieces
Onion , Cut into dices – 1 medium
Capsicum , cut into dices – 1 medium
Carrot , cut into dices – 1 Medium
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Ginger Paste – 1 Teaspoon
Garlic Paste – 2 Teaspoons
Soya sauce – 2 Tablespoons
Vinegar – 2 Tablespoons
Vegetable stock – 1 Cup
Corn flour – 2 Tablespoons
Salt to taste
Pepper Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Method For Curry:
Heat oil in kadai , add onions , carrot , capsicum , ginger paste and garlic paste and saute for 1 to 2 minutes on high flame . now do slow flame , add tofu , salt , pepper powder , vegetable stock , soya sauce, vinegar and mix well .
Take one bowl  , mix corn flour and 2 tablespoons  water , add this mixture into curry .cook for 2 to 3 minutes .

Serve veg fried rice with tofu curry .
