Preparation time – 45 minutes

Ingredients:
Paneer, cut in to strips, thickness 1 /2 inch – 8 to 10 pieces
Spinach leaves – 8 to 10
Besan ( Gram Flour) – 1 Cup
Sal to Taste
Ajwain ( Carom Seeds) – 1 Teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon + 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Hing – 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Chat masala – 1 Teaspoon
Fruit Salt – 1 / 2 teaspoon
Water – as required
Ginger paste – 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Garlic Paste – 1 Teaspoon
Oil – to deep fry
Method:
Take one bowl, add paneer pieces, salt,1 teaspoon red chilli powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and mix well. leave it for 1 /2 hour for marination.
Heat oil in kadai . meanwhile Take another bowl, mix besan, salt, hing, turmeric powder,1 teaspoon red chilli powder, ajwain, water together, and make pouring consistency. add fruit salt and 2 tablespoons hot oil and mix well.
Take one spinach leaves, put one piece of paneer, and roll spinach leaves, deep into batter and leave it into hot oil for deep frying till golden brown. do same with the remaining spinach leaves and paneer pieces.
Take serving plate, arrange pakodas, sprinkle chhat masala and serve hot with mint chutney or tomato catch up or Green chutney.
