Ingredients:
Brown Rice , Boiled – 1 cup
Mutter , Boiled – 3 tablespoons
Onion , Finely Chopped – 1 Medium
Tomato , Finely Chopped – 1 Medium
Capsicum , finely Chopped – 2 tablespoons
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Ginger Paste – 1 /2 Tablespoon
Red Chilli powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt to Taste
Pau bhaji masala – 1 Teaspoon
Method :
Heat oil in pan , add cumin seeds , ginger paste , garlic paste ,chopped onions and saute till golden brown. add tomato and saute for 2 to 3 minutes .add chopped capsicum, red chilli powder , salt , pau bhaji masala and mix well . add boiled brown rice and mix well cook for 2 to 3 minutes .
Serve hot with papad or raita or curd.
