Ingredients:
Daliya ( Broken wheat / Fada) – 1 /2 cup
Oil- 3 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds – 2 Teaspoons
Curry Leaves – 6 to 8
Hing – 1/ 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder – 1 /2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Carrot , Chopped – 3 Tablespoons
Onion , Chopped – 3 Tablespoons
Mutter , Boiled – 3 Tablespoons
Fudina Leaves – 3 to 4 leaves
Method:
Soak Daliya for 1 hour , wash it . add required water , salt , 1 tablespoon oil and mix well then microwave for 15 minutes or till cook.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in pan . add cumin seeds , curry leaves , hing and mix well . add carrot , onion , mutter , salt ,turmeric powder , red chilli powder and mix well . cook till its done.
Add daliya and mix well , cook for 2 to 3 minutes . add fudina leaves and mix well .
Serve with Papad and curd.
