Ingredients:
Rice , Cooked – 1 cup
Curd – 3 / 4 Cup
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Hing – Pinch of

Mustard Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Chana Dal (bangal gram) – 1 Tablespoon
Urad Dal (skinless) – 1 Tablespoon
Dry Red Chilli – 3 to 4
Curry Leaves – 3 to 4
Garlic Paste – 3 Tablespoons
Ginger Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Green Chilli , Chopped – 2
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 2 Tablespoons
Red Chilli Powder – For sprinkle
Salt To Taste

Method:
Heat oil in pan , add mustard seeds , when they splutter , add chana dal ,urad dal and saute for 1/2 minute, add dry red chilli , hing ,curry leaves and mix well.
Add chopped green chilli , garlic paste ,ginger paste and saute for 1 minute.
Add boiled rice mix well .add salt and curd and mix well .cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves , and sprinkle red chilli powder.
Serve hot .
