Ingredients :
Boiled Potatoes, peeled, Dices – 1 cup
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tablespoon
Curry Leaves – 4 to 5
Hing – Pinch of
Green Chilly – 3 to 4
Amchur Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Red Chilly Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 2 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste
Ghee – 2 Tablespoons
Method:
Take one pan heat ghee. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, hing Green chilly and mix well.
Add Potatoes, salt, amchur powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, mix well. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with puri / paratha / roti .
