Ingredients:
MultiGrain Flour – 2 cup
Besan – 3 Tablespoons
Suji – 2 Tablespoons
Ginger Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Garlic Paste – 2 Tablespoons
Green Chilly Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Red Chilly Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder – 2 Teaspoons
Hing – 1/2 Teaspoon
Oil – 3 Tablespoons
Grated Lauki – 1/2 cup
Grated Carrot – 2 Tablespoons
Grated Cabbage – 2 Tablespoons
Curd – 1/2 cup
Soda – 1/2 Teaspoon
For Tempering :
Muster Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Sesame Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Dry Red Chilly – 3
Hing – pinch
Curry Leaves – 6 to 7
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Method:
Take One bowl and add multigrain flour , besan , suji , ginger paste , garlic paste , green chilly paste , salt , red chilly powder , turmeric powder , hing ,oil , grated lauki ,Grated carrots , grated cabbage , curd , soda mix well make soft dough.
Pour 2 to 3 cups of water in a steamer and place greased colander over it . Divide the dough into 8 to 12 equal portions and roll into cylindrical shapes of one inch dialeter. Arreange the muthias on a greased colander and steam for 20 to 25 minutes or till done .
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a small non stick pan. Add mustard seeds , curry leaves , sesame seeds , hing to the oil and Add Muthiya and mix well .
Serve Hot with curd or green chantey.
