Preparation time – 3 hours
Cooking time – 15 to 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Paneer (cottage cheese), cut into pieces – 200 gm
Ingredients For Marination:
Hung curd – 1 cup
Kasuri methi – 2 Tablespoons
Cream or malai – 2 Tablespoons
Green chilli paste – 1 Teaspoon
Ginger paste – 1 Tablespoon
Garlic paste – 2 Tablespoons
Roasted gram flour – 1 to 2 Tablespoons
Salt to taste
Pepper powder – ½ Teaspoon
Method:
Take one bowl, mix well all marination ingredients. Add paneer pieces. Mix carefully. Keep bowl in the freeze for 1 hour. If possible you can keep more hours.
Arrange paneer pieces into sate stick.
Grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
Tip – Grilling time may change according to your Convection or OTG.
